Shipping & Returns
We take proper care of insulation while packing to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect shape and condition. We ship the orders on business days (Monday to Friday) to prevent the package from sitting idle at the courier hubs.
Dispatch is via delivery priority or courier. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order and receive an estimate of delivery day.
We do not have total control on the shipping carrier that we use. Hence, we are not responsible for any delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time without prior notice.
Return & Cancelation Policy
We do not accept returns. Chocolates are not refundable since they are a food item. Items can be canceled only if the shipment is not done. Once the order is under process of shipping, order cannot be cancelled.
